C.G.M. snc handles development of machined parts, from raw materials research to the finished product.

 

Treatment of die-cast materials, castings, and laminates, including:

stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, cast iron and special steels, produce finished pieces such as bushes, shafts, supports, flanges, pins, flywheels and more.

 

Our workflow is an enhanced process that results in extreme flexibility.

Machining and machinery

For forty years, C.G.M. has developed an internal machining process using industry-leading tools, such as high-precision systems for three-dimensional measurements..

 

During production, we use CNC machines,, including some designed in-house by C.G.M. and created by well-known manufacturers of machine tools, suitable for the production of shafts with an outer diameter from 15 to 100 mm, and a length of 4m.


In addition to turning, milling, drilling and grinding processeCGM can also perform surface and heat treatments in order to offer customers a complete and unmatched service.
